Oats Upma

Ingredients:
1 Cup - Oats
1/2 Cup - Grated Radish / Mooli
1 - Onion, Chopped
1/2 Cup - Curd
2 Cups - Hot Water
4 - Green Chillies, Chopped
Salt as per your taste
Cilantro for Garnishing
1 Table Spoon - Lemon Juice, Optional

Tadka:
2 TableSpoons - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Chana Dal
Urad Dal
2 Pinches - Hing
10 - Curry Leaves

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add tadka.

2. Add onions and green chillies. Once onions become soft add grated radish.

3. Saute radish for couple of minutes and add curd. Mix well.
4. Add oats, salt and mix again. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add hot water and cook until water is evaporated.
6. Garnish with cilantro. Oats upma is ready to serve.

Note: Add Lemon Juice if required.
