Kandi Pappu Patholi - ToorDal Matoda

Ingredients:

Tadka:
3 Table Spoons - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Urad dal
2 - Red Chilli
1/4th Tea Spoon - Hing
15 - Curry Leaves

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add tadka.
2. Add toor dal chutney to the pan and mix well. Put the stove on a medium to low flame.
3. Keep stirring in between and fry until toor dal becomes dry and looks like fried bhaji.
4. This goes well with Plain rice and ghee. You can also serve this along with Menthi Majjiga or Aavapettina Majjiga or Kadhi (Majjiga Pulusu).

Note: This dish requires more oil, by using a Non-stick pan you can reduce the amount of oil used for cooking this dish.
