3 - Medium Size Tomatoes, Cut in big Chunks
1 TableSpoon - Menthi Kharam
Salt As Per Taste
2 Pinches - Turmeric
Tadka:
2 TableSpoons - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Chana Dal
Hing
Curry Leaves
Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and prepare Tadka.
2. Once Tadka is done, add tomatoes to it and mix well.
3. Put the stove in a medium flame and cover with a lid.
4. Once the tomatoes get soft, remove lid and add Salt, Turmeric, Menthi Kharam and mix well.
5. After few minutes oil will separate, mix well and switch off the stove.
6. Tomato chutney is ready to serve.
7. This could be served with Plain rice, Dosa, Idli etc.
