Spring Onion Chutney - Ullikadala Pachadi

Ingredients:
1 TableSpoon - Oil
2 Bunches - Spring Onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 TableSpoon - Menthi Kharam
Salt As per taste
2 Pinches - Turmeric
1 TableSpoon - Thick Tamarind Paste

Tadka:
1 TableSpoon - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Urad Dal
1 - Red Chilli

Procedure:
1. Heat in a pan, add spring onions and saute them.
2. When they become soft, switch off the stove.

3. Grind spring onions, salt, turmeric, menthi kharam and tamarind paste.
4. Take the ground chutney into a bowl and add tadka.
5. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
6. This can be served with Plain rice, chapaties and dosa's.
