Steam Pakodi

Ingredients:
2 Cups - Besan
Salt As Per Taste
1 Tea Spoon - Chilli Powder
3 Pinches - Hing
1/4th TeaSpoon - Oma / Vaamu
Hot Water

Tadka:
2 TeaSpoons - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Hing
Jeera
3 - Green Chillies, Chopped
1 - Onion, Cut Long (Optional)
Curry Leaves

Garnishing:
Fresh Grated Coconut
Cilantro Chopped
Grated Carrot  (Optional)
Chat Powder (Optional)

Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients with hot water. The consistency should be thick.
2. Take a wide pan and fill it with half water. When the water is boiling, take some batter into your hand and  put it in the boiling water.
3. Once the pakodi's are cooked they come up and float on the water.
4. Mix the water and let the pakodi's be in the water for couple more minutes and take them out into a plate.

5. Prepare tadka in a pan and when onions get soft add the pakoda's and mix.
6. Cover the pan with a lid and after couple of minutes remove the lid and garnish it.
7. Steam pakoda's are ready to serve.
