Spring Onion Raita - Ullikadala Perugu Pachadi

Ingredients:
2 Bunches - Spring Onions, Chopped
1 TableSpoon - Cilantro, Chopped
Salt as per your taste
Turmeric
1 and 1/2 Cups - Curd

Tadka:
1 TeaSpoon - Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Methi Seeds
1 - Red Chilli
1 - Green Chilli, Chopped

Procedure:
1. Heat oil in a pan and make tadka.
2. Once tadka is done, add spring onions and mix well.
3. Close the pan with a lid.
4. Once the spring onions turn soft, add salt, turmeric and mix well. Spring onion bhaji is ready.

5. Once this mixture cools down, mix this into curd.
6. While serving biriyani's, Green Rice etc, this raita can be served.

Note:
Spring Onion Bhaji goes well with chapathi.
