Ingredients:
1/4th Cup - Mango Ginger, Peel and Cut into 1/2 inch long pieces
1/4th Cup - Carrots, Cut into 1/2 inch long pieces
5 - Green Chillies, CutVertically
1/4th Cup - Bitter Gourd, Cut Vertically [Optional]
4 TableSpoon - Lemon Juice
Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon - Salt [Or Per Taste]
Procedure:
Note: If using bitter gourd, serve this dish next day, this way the bitter gourd is soaked in the lemon juice and the bitterness is cut down.

Procedure:
- Mix all the above ingredients and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Mango Ginger side dish is ready to serve.
- This can be served as a side dish for Plain Dal (Utta Pappu), Curd Rice or Tadka Bhajis (Mudda Kooralu - That are usually cooked over steam and are somewhat bland).
- Also goes well with Chapaties.
